This website is a tool for you, my clients, and I encourage feedback, questions and constructive criticism.  You should find easy access to property searches as well as plenty of information on my new listings and properties sold. 

I am very proud of the reputation I have developed within the Oakland Hills and surrounding communities for excellence in client care.  I have more than my share of natural enthusiasm and energy to propel me, but I credit my success to my organizational strength.  The systems I have applied to my business enable me to work efficiently behind the scenes.  With operations running smoothly, I direct my energy toward servicing my clients through consistent communication, an eye to detail and a deep knowledge of the market.  A one-on-one basis works best for me - I work exclusively with my clients, and they work exclusively with me.

Having grown up in Oakland and attended the public schools here, I am a part of this community.  Though I know the neighborhoods, nooks and crannies through my personal experience, I continually study property in order to stay on top of market trends.  This is an ever-changing market and you are looking for an expert to guide you past the hurdles – it’s my job to supply you with that expertise.

There are many balls to juggle in order to successfully close a transaction. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I switch roles smoothly as the transaction evolves: from being a true customer service person at the outset of the relationship, to becoming a negotiator and defending my clients' position, to playing the role of project manager in bringing the deal to its conclusion.  Throughout the process I communicate regularly with you, with the other party’s agent, the lender, title company, and any service people involved in the transaction.  I happily schedule and attend all property inspections, and ensure that you have a grasp on the feedback and its implications.
